Effective September 7, 2026. This policy describes data handling by AI Visibility Fixer, operated by Kyota Harayama.
When you submit a public URL, the service fetches that URL and related public files needed for the selected check. The target website receives a request. AI Visibility Fixer does not intentionally copy free-tool submissions or results into its own application database.
The site is hosted by Vercel. Hosting, security, network, and operational systems may process request information such as IP address, browser or device information, requested URL, timestamps, and logs under the provider's own terms and retention practices.
If you request an email report, the submitted email address, checked URL, and report content are sent through Resend for one-time delivery. They are not added to a newsletter. Resend processes message content and delivery metadata under its own privacy and retention practices.
General enquiries, Human-Reviewed Audit materials, implementation communications, and related deliverables are normally retained for 12 months after the last substantive interaction so the request can be fulfilled, supported, and documented. Payment and tax records may be retained longer where required by law.
When paid work is agreed, payment may be collected through a Stripe-hosted Payment Link. Stripe processes payment and billing information under its own privacy policy. AI Visibility Fixer does not receive or store full payment-card details.
Do not send passwords, API keys, two-factor codes, payment-card details, or other secrets by email. If implementation access is agreed, use a temporary least-privilege collaborator account or repository branch. Access should be revoked after acceptance.
AI Visibility Fixer does not currently add advertising pixels or a first-party behavioral analytics service. Essential hosting and delivery providers may use technical data needed to operate and secure their services. Because this site does not engage in cross-site advertising tracking, it does not provide a separate response to browser Do Not Track signals.
You may choose not to submit a URL or email report. You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information held directly by AI Visibility Fixer where applicable by emailing contact@aivisibilityfixer.com. Provider-held records remain subject to provider policies and legal requirements.
This policy may be updated when the service, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date on this page will be updated when material revisions are published.
